Ilevro eye drops 3 mg/mL (0.3% nepafenac ophthalmic suspension) is a prescription non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to prevent and treat eye pain and inflammation associated with cataract surgery. It is also indicated to reduce the risk of macular edema (swelling at the back of the eye) following surgery in diabetic patients.
